Sapphire Series of HVAC Sterilizers
The Sapphire Series of UV air sterilizers is designed for residential and light commercial applications. This unit is designed for sterilizing air handler coils and air that is brought into the duct by the air handler. The unit is available in 1-lamp and 2-lamp models and UV produced is 254 nm. The Sapphire is available with lamp length options of 14-inch, 16-inch and 24-inch to accommodate the variety of airflow rates and coil sizes found in residential applications. 1 fixture on the return air duct and one on the air handler coil with provide adequate UV sterilization in the average home. Units are easy to install but it is recommended that the installation be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor.
